Hosting
All Pro Accounts come standard with 1GB of Disk Space and 2GB of Bandwidth. This is more than enough for most websites, but for specialty sites with high traffic volumes or multimedia rich content, additional upgrades are available.
Pro Accounts also include Unlimited Email Mailboxes with Spam Filtering and Virus Protection. Personal sites are limited to five mailboxes.
Webmastering & Customer Support
All Pro Accounts included unlimited access to our dedicated support and consulting services. If you are part of our community, you can rest assured that you are not alone when it comes to building and maintaining your website and other branding needs. We'll train you how to use Gutensite so you can take advantage of everything we offer. If you have questions or need to report a problem, we are available by phone or email to ensure that your site is working just the way you want. It's like having a webmaster, designers, and consultants on staff whenever you need them, but for a fraction of the cost.
Our expertise isn't limited to the web. When you need advice on print design, branding, marketing, or other related services, we are available to offer you professional advice and present options that meet your goals and your budget.
Free Upgrades
Gutensite is unique because all our sites are powered by a shared codebase. Our flexible framework allows for total customization as needed for a given client. But this centralized codebase allows us to continue innovating, adding new features, upgrading existing features, fixing bugs, patching potential security threats, etc. An independent site will drift into obsolescence if it's not constantly being maintained by a webmaster. But your Gutensite is actively being renewed and kept up to date on a daily basis, at no extra cost to yourself.
These core features are included in all of our professional packages. Most are also included in the Free Lite Package as well as the Personal Package, except where there are asterisks in the list below. New functionality is being added daily so some newer features may not have made the list yet.
Management Tools help you with the technical aspects of your site like email, link menus and contact information for your contact page.
Admin → Admin tools enable you to control your own site contact information, billing preferences and subscription history, admin accounts, and various site settings.
Menu → Manage the structure of your site by defining main sections and including nested sub links to the main pages of your site.
Design Customization → Customize elements like slogans, welcome text, images and specific features like upcoming events, featured properties or service times.
Accounts ** → Visitors can become members by making their own account on your site, which allows them to access special benefits (like email alerts, wish lists, and any resources or pages you want to limit to members only). It also allows you to gather contact information from visitors and to build a larger client or member base.
Form Creation → If want your visitors to fill out an application, questionnaire or registration for an event, you can create your own custom forms. When visitors fill the form, you will be alerted with an email containing their responses.
E-mail * → Pro accounts can manage their mailboxes through the hosting control panel (or ask us for help setting things up). All mailboxes come standard with Virus and SPAM filtering, forwarding options, out of office replies, group forwarding, etc. E-mail can be downloaded to your computer via your favorite mail client, such as Outlook or Apple Mail (using standard POP3 or IMAP protocols), or via a webmail interface on your site.

Blog → Share your deep thoughts, funny anecdotes, informational articles and more with our your own blog. Blogs include article and comment RSS feeds, category and tag organization, comment notification (with approval required if desired), etc. An active and appealing blog can attract loyal visitors as well as improved search engine rankings.
Topical Articles → Posting informational articles about your areas of expertise is an excellent way to attract more visitors to your site via search engines like Google. Articles are also a great way to organize various types of information into categories and sub categories, e.g. past newsletters. Article pages include built in search tools and many customization options.
News Articles → Keep the world informed about you and your organization by announcing the latest news to your visitors. Old news items are organized and archived in an easily searchable format.
Promo Modules → Placing an excerpt from your latest blog entry, or a testimonial, a featured product, latest news, or upcoming events in key site locations where visitors will see them and be drawn in. These automated modules can help keep your site looking fresh without a lot of tedious upkeep.
Basic Pages → Gutensite comes with a wide variety of prebuilt industry specific content and functionality, but sometimes you just need to make your own basic page. Start with a blank page, and add text, images, slideshows, multimedia, maps, whatever. Basic pages can be built with our Visual HTML editor or show off your own HTML and CSS skills by switching to the code view for some special editing.
All the show-off tools help visitors get to know you and your organization better. Since your site is the only window some visitors will have ever have into your organization, the more you can say about yourself, the better.
Profiles → When you create a team profile category, and fill out the bio information for your team members or faculty, Gutensite will display your team profiles in a professional layout with no further design required. Profiles can be used to highlight staff resumes, provide a members directory, detail investment profiles, etc.
Testimonials → Share the positive feedback provided by your satisfied customers. Enter quotes, names, positions, and images and your site will organize and display this information in a professional manner. Mini modules on your site can be setup to take random testimonials from your list and feature them on your home page or elsewhere.
Calendar ** → Stay organized and keep your visitors on track with an integrated calendar. You can view events from different categories on one calendar all at once (each with its own name and color code) or link to them separately. The calendar allows for advanced repetition options (import/export options to all the major calendars is coming soon). Mini modules on your site can be setup to automatically display upcoming events from select categories on your home page or elsewhere.
FAQ → With our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) feature, you can educate visitors by listing various commonly asked questions and their answers. You can also group your questions together by category and related questions. Businesses use this as a knowledge base for support articles. Churches and ministries use this for listing prayer requests and answers.
Contact Page → You can always make your own custom contact forms, but we provide one ready-to-go contact page. It includes your main contact information (dynamically updated) as well as a simple contact form for visitors to email you with their comments.
Portfolio While this is a fantastic feature for artists, it's also a great way for small businesses to display product shots, for realtors to display before and after shots, etc. And if you're a non-profit organization, the portfolio feature can help your visitors make an emotional connection with the work you're doing. Portfolios can be organized by category and can feature photos, slideshows, flash animations, and video, accompanied by descriptions, names, and links.
Featured Properties (Realtors) ** → Most realtors subscribe to their Live Local MLS, which displays all the properties in their area, including their own. But many realtors like to also upload a portfolio of their own properties for sale, or keep a resume of the past properties they have sold. This feature allows them extra control over the property information, photos, videos, virtual tours, and look/feel of how these properties are displayed.
Upload Video, MP3s, Word Docs and PDFs for clients or family photos and movies to your own personal YouTube. These resources can be organized by category and type, as well as various customized filters, and can be made accessible to the public in a fancy Resource Library. Or simply include them individually on various pages throughout your site to add extra interest.
Document Library → Provide helpful resources for your clients by making documents (such as .doc and .pdf files) available for download from your website. Control the access level of your documents by selecting whether they are public or restricted to accounts only. Or restrict the file access more specifically to only one or more clients, who are then able to access the file in a "my documents folder" in their own account.
Image Library and Slideshows → Make your site more visually compelling by uploading high quality photos to your image library. You can then easily add those photos to various pages of your site by selecting them from your image library. You can combine photos into a slideshow and include these slideshows throughout the site.
Video and Audio Files → Bring your site into the 21st Century by introducing streaming video and audio. Include video from popular sites like Vimeo or YouTube, or upload your own videos to form an organized multimedia library with categories and customizable filters to make searching a breeze. All your multimedia can also be easily embedded on various pages of your site to spice up key pages.

E-Commerce Store $45 → Our store includes everything you need to do business online whether you are a small or large business with just a handful or thousands of products. You can organize products by category and product types, and customize advanced checkout filters and cart advice based on product information and order history. Product details can include slideshows, videos, downloadable related resource files as well as all the standard features like description, keywords, stats, product reviews, etc. Visitors can filter product list pages by category, brands, date added, alphabetically, price, popularity, or other custom filters. You can run promotions, create coupons, place items on sale with an expiration date, keep track of inventory and process payments all from your back office. You can sell physical merchandise, digital products with instant downloads, memberships, donations, or event registrations. And the store can be customized to fit your own business needs and internal workflow requirements. The monthly price includes a unique IP address and SSL Certificate to ensure your visitors' transactions are secure.
Gutenshare Intranet $25 → The Intranet will give your organization a secure site to collaborate, share files, manage employee information, manage and track projects, report hours, organize clients, provide third party access to vendors reports, etc.
Live MLS Feed $35 → For realtors who are members of participating MLS organizations, we can stream the MLS data directly onto your site (not framed), filtering the data on different pages to your liking, highlighting specific fields of interest, displaying photos, and formatting the look to match your site for a truly professional product that will keep your visitors loyal to you.
Donations $30 → For clients that do not need an entire E-Commerce Store, but only need the donations ability, we can provide a simplified donations feature. The monthly price includes third party fees for unique IP address ($10) and SSL Certificate ($10), to ensure your donors' transactions are secure. The Donation feature comes FREE with every Non-Profit package, however NPO clients must cover the third party charges for IP and SSL.
SendStudio E-Mail Marketing $15* → We have professional email marketing software integrated directly into your site, for capturing subscription requests, and sending newsletters to your contacts. Custom email templates can be designed, or existing free templates are available for use as well. The software tracks campaigns, manages subscriptions, provides reports and statistics of who opened the emails, which emails bounced, etc. It's a powerful tool that no business should be without.
