When your hosting account was first created, the administrator was given information to access the hosting control panel, to control Email Mailboxes, etc. Your hosting adminstrator can enable admin access to your mailbox (it may already be enabled), so that you can then login at www.gutensite.com/hosting with your mailbox username/password and control your own mail settings. The username needs to be the entire username with the domain, e.g. name@doman.com.
