If you are using SendStudio, our integrated Mailing List software, you'll be happy to know that displaying the archives of your newsletter is a feature that is already seamlessly integrated into your website. Whenever you send a newsletter, your archives page will automatically update itself.

Here are the instructions:

1. In SendStudio (www.yourdomain.com/sendstudio) when you send an email campaign, make sure you mark that you want it to be "archived" (or you can go back through all previous sent campaigns and turn archiving "on" if you forgot to do it originally).

2. In the Gutensite CMS, go to:

Admin > Settings > SendStudio Settings

If you haven't already synced your account, enter your SendStudio username/password, then after you've been authorized, you can select the mailing lists you want to your site to reference for displaying the previously sent newsletters. Simply click one or more mailing lists and save.

3. Then on your website, browse to your archives page and see a dynamic list of your previously sent newsletters:

www.yourdomain.com/campaigns/archives

You can click on the titles and view the newsletter. This can be a great way to allow your visitors to see what they are missing, access helpful information, and boost your search engine appeal through adding valuable content to your site.

If you want to get fancy you can edit the advanced page settings for this page and give it a different friendly URL that fits with your existing site structure, e.g. /about/newsletters/archives
